Samsung is satisfied with 97% of consumers while 98% of Xiaomi users are happy with the battery life of the phone
Customers are very cautious while purchasing a smartphone.
Customers go to different platforms to find information about important aspects
like battery life, performance, reliability, after sales service of their
favorite phones. According to the Cyber Media Research (CMR) report released
on Friday, 97 percent of Samsung users are quite satisfied
with the brand, followed by the name of domestic brand Lava Mobiles (94
percent). At the same time, 98 percent of Xiaomi users believe
that they are quite happy with the battery life of the phone.
According to Cyber Media Research (CMR), the smartphones
of Samsung and Oppo brands were rated the highest by 98 percent of
users. Domestic brand Lava Mobile, including international mobile phone brands
Samsung, Oppo, Vivo and Xiaomi, received the highest ratings by the main
stake holders looking at different aspects such as brand reliability, advocacy,
preferences, product features, price, distribution and promotion.
Satya Mohanty (Head, User Research Practice) of CMR said
that if we look at cities above tier-1 cities, then more and more Indian users
are using online platforms. These customers pay the price of the phone keeping
in mind the reliability and stability of the mobile phone brand. It is seen
that the brands of Korea and China are currently occupying the Indian mobile
market, while only one Indian brand, Lava Mobile, is competing against them.
Considering the reliability of the feature phone, 97% of the
users liked Samsung, while Lava was trusted by 93% of the users.
