Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 can be used with foldable glass display
According to the popular tipster platform Ice Universe, an ultra-thin glass display can be used in foldable smartphones to be launched next year. Foldable plastic screens have been used in smartphones launched this year.
According to leaked information recently, South Korean smartphone maker Samsung has applied for the trademark of Ultra Glass or UTG in Europe. Because of which it is being speculated that this ultra-thin glass material can be used in the foldable smartphone to be launched next year. Ice Universe has also shared the picture of this smartphone from its Twitter handle. Its look in the shared picture is similar to that of a traditional foldable phone. It is folding vertically as compared to the previous model. A punch-hole camera can be seen in its foldable display. However, the hinge used in it is the same as the previous model.
Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 can be launched with the latest OneUI 2.0 operating system, which is based on Android 10. The foldable smartphone launched next year can be launched at half the price than the foldable phone launched this year. The Samsung Galaxy Fold is priced at Rs 1,64,990 in India. No information has also been leaked about the camera configuration of Samsung Galaxy Fold 2. The phone launched this year has 6 cameras, 3 rear cameras and 3 selfie cameras. It has 2 selfie cameras, with foldable screen, while 1 selfie camera is provided with rotated screen.
