Gujarat Secondary and better Secondary Education Board (GSEB) is an educational organization of the Gujarat government. GSEB is liable for determining the administrative, cognitive, and intellectual direction of the state educational system. the main objective of the board is to prepare the syllabus and to conduct the exams for both private and government schools in the state. The board also advises the text-books to be followed within the schools affiliated to it.

The GSEB conducts two main exams per annum , which are lyceum Certificate (SSC) exam for class 10th and Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) for class 12th in the state of Gujarat.
