At the 43rd AGM (Annual General Meeting) of Reliance Industries, Reliance Jio has announced to bring 'Jio Glass'. Jio Glass is a mixed reality smart glass with the help of which video calling can be done. Virtual Assistant is also supported in Jio Glass. Jio Glass has been introduced specifically for hologram content.

Regarding Jio's new app at the AGM, Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani said that more than 50 lakh people have downloaded this video conferencing app in a very short time after launch. The Jiomit app is a cloud based video conferencing platform that can be used on both the app and the desktop.

What is this live glass?

Reliance Jio announces new products at AGM every year. This time the company has introduced Geo Glass. With the help of Geo Glass, the conversation can be done through a virtual 3D avatar. Its demo was also shown during the event. Through Geo Glass, you can speak and make video calls to two people simultaneously.

During the conversation you will be able to see the 3D avatar of the person you called in the glass (glasses). The special thing is that both 3D and 2D technologies have been supported in Jio Glass. The weight of Jio Glass is just 75 grams, which can prove to be a special feature of it.

Support of 25 apps

Along with this, the content of the smartphone can also be accessed in Jio Glass. A cable will have to be used for this. Support of 25 apps has been provided in Jio Glass. Geo Glass can also be used for holographic content in E-Class. However, no information has been given about its price yet.
