An important decision of the Central Government has been taken today regarding the CBSE Board Exam to be held in the country. The central government has decided in a meeting with education officials that the standard 10 exam has been canceled and all students will be promoted to the next standard. At present, the board exam of standard 12 will be postponed.

The 10th CBSE board exam in the country was canceled on Wednesday and the 12th exam was avoided amid the transition of corona in the country. PM Modi had an important meeting with Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank and other officials of the Education Ministry on the subject.

Decision taken for the future of 30 lakh children

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal yesterday also demanded cancellation of exams in view of the rising number of corona cases in the country. About 3 million children in the country were to appear for CBSE exams. 18 lakh students of 10th standard and 112 lakh students of 12th standard were to appear for the examination.

On the other hand, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Chhattisgarh governments have decided to postpone state board exams.

CBSE exam should be canceled, for which any option should be worked out

Kejriwal said that 6 lakh children are scheduled to appear for the CBSE exams in Delhi. In addition, 1 lakh teachers will also take part in it. This exam can be a big hot stop. I appeal to the Central Government to cancel the CBSE examination. For which any alternative should be extracted.

CBSE board exam is scheduled to be held on May 4

The 10th and 12th board exams of CBSE are scheduled for May 4. The exam will be conducted in two shifts as per the schedule announced by the board. But now the exam is likely to be postponed in view of Corona's growing case. Earlier, the All India Student Association had also demanded postponement of 10th and 12th board exams.
