  • Recruitment for the post of Police Sub-Inspector, Technical Operator and Home Guards

An important decision has been taken by Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel to fill 27847 vacancies in various police cadres under the state Home Department to expedite the recruitment process of the pending police department due to Kovid to strengthen the law and order situation in the state, said Minister of State for Home Harsh Sanghvi.

Shortly after taking over as Home Minister, Minister of State for Home Harsh Sanghvi held a meeting with the Chairmen of the Recruitment Board on Sunday, September 19, 2021 and gave a detailed review and gave necessary orders to all the Chairmen of the Recruitment Board to expedite the recruitment process.

Minister of State for Home Harsh Sanghvi added that the state has unarmed police sub-inspectors, armed police sub-inspectors, intelligence officers, unarmed assistant sub-inspectors, security guards and technical sub-technicians such as motor guards and motor transport and wireless. Together, the state government has taken an important decision to plan recruitment for the estimated 27847 posts in the next 100 days.




New employment opportunities will be made available to educated youth

The recruitment process has been organized by the state government in a very short period of time by creating new employment opportunities for the educated youth of the state to get employment. As a result of this decision, the law and order situation in the state will be strengthened and the recruitment of more personnel in the police force will provide better policing to the citizens of Gujarat and will strengthen the measures of the state government to enhance the security of the state.
