Do this work to avoid Omicron / Omicron! Advice given by the Ministry of AYUSH

The Ministry of AYUSH continues to issue these Ayurvedic treatments from time to time, which are effective in boosting the immune system. Amidst the threat of a new variant of the Corona Omicron in the country, new recommendations have recently been issued by AYUSH. In which people are advised to be careful in many matters ranging from eating to lifestyle changes.
Recommendations issued by the Ministry of AYUSH state that Kovid-19 is a new disease. Sequels like Post-Covid Syndrome and Long Covid-19 are also being seen after going through it. It has been observed that patients recovering from SARS-CoV-2 suffer from persistent and frequent debilitating symptoms and this lasts for several months. Not only this, new variants of Corona are also coming up. So it is very important that people take care of themselves and take precautionary measures. AYUSH has issued a document of recommendations in this regard.
Measures suggested by AYUSH include ways to boost immunity, methods to boost local mucosal immunity as well as other preventive measures such as incense. The ministry says that fumigation or incense burning in homes can be very beneficial. In earlier times people used these measures to protect against mosquitoes, bacteria or viruses etc. It is also important to understand the appetite and diet so as to understand the transition due to poor digestion and nutrition.
Emphasis on mental health for the first time
For the first time since the last two waves, AYUSH has also given recommendations for mental health for Covid-19 post or Long Covid-19 and also given remedies to increase mental strength (Satbabala) which were not included in the last recommendations. Also easily digestible foods (short diet) such as mugni dal (green chickpeas), kheechadi and mudga yusha (mugni dal soup) are also included as staple food.
Yoga and covid practice required
AYUSH has advised ordinary people to include yoga and asanas in their lifestyle. Along with that, Covid-19 has made appropriate behavior and caution mandatory. Periodically issued guidelines issued by health officials recommend the use of masks, frequent hand washing, physical or social distance, vaccinations to break covid chains, a healthy nutritious diet, improved immunity and all other general health care measures.

So far five lakh deaths in India
The ministry says the Kovid-19 epidemic has become an unprecedented health challenge affecting human existence worldwide. According to the World Health Organization, SARS-CoV 2 has so far infected more than 271 million people globally and is directly responsible for more than 5.3 million deaths. While 34.7 million Kovid-19 cases have been reported in India so far, 4.76 lakh people have died so far. 1.34 billion covid vaccination doses have been given in India.
