Apple already provides good battery life in its devices, be it iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch or any other device. Yet in the past, Apple has been accused of slowing down its iPhone models by using short-life batteries. For this, the company had paid $ 113 million (about Rs 819 crore) only to settle its 'Battery Gate' case. While Apple says that this was done only to maintain the battery capacity for a long time. Since then, the company also started providing features like battery and performance management for the users in its models. Some of the common efforts that Apple recommends users to use in these features are keeping the latest software up to date, avoiding high ambient temperatures, detaching the case from the device while charging, and using it for long periods of time. If you want to store the device for a long time, then store it in a half-charged state only.
